Introduction to Taping for Sports Performance
Sports Taping 1 is an introductory workshop which is perfect for individuals needing to learn the basics of sports taping and allowing for progression to more advanced methods of taping.
It is a practical workshop that covers finger, thumb, wrist, ankle and elbow taping techniques. Theory covers reasons for taping, benefits of taping, taping precautions and general advice for safe application of sports tape.
The workshop includes instruction, course handouts, tape and a certificate of completion (non-accredited course).
Course preparation: there are no pre-requisites for this workshop, however, participants are encouraged to shave the areas to be taped at least 24 hours prior to the workshop.

Introduction to Advanced Sports Taping – Expressions of Interest
Includes advanced taping techniques of the knee, shoulder, lumbar spine and foot. Sports Taping 1 is a pre-requisite.
