Dear Central Coast Campus Community

Over the past few months the University and Yourimbah have been discussing how to create a more vibrant student experience at Ourimbah including the provision and location of more appropriate food services.

In line with these discussions, Yourimbah has made the difficult decision to close indefinitely Café East (Your Roasted) from Friday 25 March 2016 due to lack of financial viability.

Scout Leaders Required

Looking for an opportunity to gain extra experience in teaching & youth education?

Volunteering as a Scout Leader provides opportunities to:

  • Plan & deliver programmes,
  • Manage youth in a wide range of settings ,
  • Deal with parents & other adults,
  • Plan & run outings & camps. and
  • Contribute positively to the development & growth of youth from 6 to 18 years of age.

As you progress through Scouts opportunities may also arise to lead & teach adults.

Nominations open at 9 a.m. Monday 29 February 2016 and close promptly at 5 p.m. Monday 14 March 2016

The following positions are available:

1 x Postgraduate Ordinary Associate (2016)

1 x TAFE Student Associate (2016)

1 x Staff Associate (2016)

Nomination forms can be collected from the Yourimbah office and when completed, must be lodged at the same location
